Our Goal
This mission of Archives Management is to provide an effective and efficient control of the creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposition of records, including processes for capturing and retaining evidence of and information about business activities and transactions in for the form of records. It is a commitment here to keep records of the university's documents that have value in their lifetime being kept at the university. It should demonstrate to employees and stakeholders that managing records is important to the campus community. This is also done to retain the necessary information to meet regulatory state laws and for transactions in business.
