EMAIL SIGNATURE

Use the following form to create email signatures for Stony Brook staff with @stonybrook.edu and @stonybrookmedicine.edu email accounts. Fill in the fields below to generate your formatted email signature. Once created, copy and paste it into your signature box in Google mail. The 'Dare to Be' versions of the signatures will be available soon.

• Social Media:
  • Including Stony Brook social media channels is optional.
  • Don’t use social media icons or add personal social media information.
  • Don’t use department specific social channels. The primary University social channels are used for brand consistency.
• Messaging: Refrain from the use of additional messaging, slogans, promotions for events, URLs, etc.
