On April 30th the WolfieONE workstream leads and project experts gathered for an in-person and virtual Town Hall at the Wang Theatre. On March 18th Stony Brook hosted a CoA Foundations Session via Zoom to discuss changes, new concepts, terminology and nomenclature that will be needed for anyone who will interact with the new CoA. The HR Now Stony Road Show is a series of events detailing the significant changes and enhancements accomplished so far, making it easier for employees to get involved, ask questions and share feedback. Dr. McInnis reminds Seawolves how WolfieONE ties directly into a new economic framework currently under development and reiterates that WolfieONE will help us share financial and operational data seamlessly across our institution, continue our work around transparency, reduce manual processes, and enhance our planning and forecasting.

Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration Jed Shivers, Provost Carl Lejuez, and Interim Executive Vice President for Stony Brook Medicine, William Wertheim show support for WolfieONE in a campus-wide message inviting our Stony Brook University and Stony Brook Medicine teams to engage and learn about this exciting development.

Over 150 participants joined an informative Zoom session on January 16th, designed to onboard the project's Workstream Team Members, and set the stage for what we hope to accomplish in 2024. Leadership Labs Set Foundation for WolfieONE (October 2023)
WolfieONE Executive Sponsors and Steering Committee Members engaged in a two day Leadership Lab during late October. The group worked collaboratively to establish guiding principles, a vision statement, and to define what success of this initiative will look like for Stony Brook.
