As Director of Academic Centers and Institutes Lauren provides strategic leadership and comprehensive administrative oversight for the College
of Arts and Sciences’ Academic Centers and Institutes. Oversee all financial operations,
including State, IFR, SBF, and IDC accounts; develop and manage budgets; monitor expenditures;
and support long-term strategic planning. Coordinate proposal development, submission,
and post-award administration. Manage recruitment, appointments, and payroll processes.
Coordinate academic programming and activities. Lead the planning and execution of
a wide range of events in support of Centers and Institutes.
