Policy:

Students are required to pay any and all University charges that are incurred. When a student does not resolve their outstanding financial obligations, the University will take appropriate actions to collect the balances due.

  • Unpaid Balances
    • Students with an outstanding balance on their account are not eligible to participate in advance room selection, receive a diploma, or process any course transactions, until all charges due to the University or any of its related divisions are paid in full.
  • Delinquent accounts may be transferred to private collection agencies and/or the New York State Attorney General's Office for collection, and are subject to additional interest and/or collection charges.
  • Except where otherwise authorized, no person shall receive an official diploma or be allowed to re-register until all tuition, fees, and all other charges authorized by the University have been paid, or their invoice reflects anticipated aid sufficient to satisfy the outstanding balance.
  • Students who withdraw at any time during a semester remain responsible for all charges incurred in accordance with the tuition and fee liability schedule.

Individuals retain the right to inspect or review their academic records regardless of any outstanding financial obligations.
