EMAIL SIGNATURE

Use the following form to create email signatures for Stony Brook staff with @stonybrook.edu and @stonybrookmedicine.edu email accounts. Fill in the fields below to generate your formatted email signature. Once created, copy and paste it into your signature box in Google mail.

• Social Media:
  • Including Stony Brook social media channels is optional.
  • Don’t use social media icons or add personal social media information.
  • Don’t use department specific social channels. The primary University social channels are used for brand consistency.
• Messaging: Refrain from the use of additional messaging, slogans, promotions for events, URLs, etc.
