And We’re Live … New HR Website Now Available

The entire Human Resources team is thrilled to announce that our new website is now live. Visit www.stonybrook.edu/human-resources to see all of the new features and resources that are available to each member of our faculty and staff. 

WHAT’S NEW
Some of our favorite and most-accessed information is easily retrievable from our new home page including seasonal news, a workplace learning/events calendar, and up-to-date HR announcements. On the revamped Current Employee page, you’ll find a one-stop-shop filled with workplace learning opportunities, wellness resources, and links to Total Rewards and your personal Talent Profile. And, you can stay on top of HR-related Covid-19 information in our HR Forward page as we move towards in-person working and learning this Fall.

• HR Forward - View clear and updated guidelines that will help guide our campus towards a return to on-campus learning and working this Fall. 

• Supervisors - Whether you’re a new supervisor or a seasoned manager, you’ll have access to guides, information on staff development, and much more to ensure that your team is prepared to excel.

• Workforce Planning - As we move forward at Stony Brook, planning for your staffing and department needs is more important than ever. This new section of the HR website, available to our decision making partners, contains ample information on acquiring, developing and retaining talent as well as change management and office climate resources. 

• HR Toolbox - A new one-stop-shop for our HR partners across campus, filled with every resource they may need to better serve their respective areas at Stony Brook.
