This fall, our HR Now Stony Roadshow is hitting the scenic shoreline roads to Stony Brook Southampton! With its scene-stealing coastline & pioneering academic community, Stony Brook Southampton is the perfect backdrop for us to connect and share updates on our HR transformation.
Join us on Nov 14 from 11am to 2pm in the Library Lobby Cafe for interactive conversations about the future of work while enjoying free raffles and HR Now swag!

- Learn more about our new Learning Management System, called BizLibrary.
- Check out the new classes from Healthier U - and participate in a drop-in chair yoga session! 15 minute Drop-In Chair Yoga sessions will be held at 11:45am and at 12:45pm.
- From Thank a Seawolf to the Stony Awards, employee recognition programs are the "good vibes" we are always looking for! Take a moment to send your colleague a Gratitude Gram - and copy their supervisor!
- Have an idea? We want to hear them! If you have an innovative solution, an idea for an enhancement, or maybe you found a synergy that could warrant a partnership with HR — drop a note in our " Ideas & Innovation" box.

★WHAT IS THE STONY ROADSHOW?
The Stony Roadshow is a way for us to bring the HR Now transformation directly to you! The Stony Roadshow will showcase the significant changes and enhancements several events periodically, making it easier for employees like you to attend, get involved, ask questions and share your feedback! We took the first step in launching the Stony Roadshow with a fantastic kickoff on March 1, 2024.
Our next event will be on November 14, 2024 at the Southampton Campus from 11am to 2pm!
★WHY ARE WE DOING A ROADSHOW?
Simply put, not everyone will read the emails or catch the updates on the TV screens across campus and we really want all of our employees to be a part of this transformation. Instead of having just one big event in one place at one time, we will be showcasing our new initiatives, sharing important information and engaging with our employees in many locations, making it easier for employees like you to attend.

★WHEN DID THE ROADSHOW OFFICIALLY START?
The Stony Roadshow officially kicked off on March 1. It was an event filled with learning, networking, and fun. Attendees discovered how the HR Now transformation benefits them directly and gained valuable insights from our HR Subject Matter Experts. Plus, they enjoyed light refreshments, raffles, and exclusive HR Now swag for the first 300 attendees! Stay tuned for information on the next roadshow event!
