Hiking Trip
Start Day 1 with fun team builders and ice-breaker activities and on day 2 begin the exploration of Avalon Park located in the town of Stony Brook. You'll be able to enjoy rock scuptures, stone mazes and all the beauty this diverse park has to offer in the nearly 5 miles of trails. You'll also get the opportunity to walk around Stony Brook Village and check out all it has to offer.
You should plan to hike on rolling, well maintained trails. Bring a water bottle, an emergency rain jacket, sunscreen, and comfortable/supportive boots or sneakers.
