Postdocs in Faculty Start Ups

An agreement must be in place between a faculty member and a postdoc before participation in a faculty startup company begins. The agreement needs several signatures, including the postdoc, the faculty, and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs before it is submitted to the Graduate School.
