Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Access are core values of the Mineral Physics Institute’s educational and research mission. We recognize that the fields of geosciences and mineral physics, including our institute, are not representing the diversity of the U.S. population. All members of the Mineral Physics Institute work together to build an inclusive environment; striving for equity and inclusion of individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, creed, disability status, or country of origin. We are actively working on ways to increase diversity in our community while making sure everybody is supported and heard.
