The Health Insurance Marketplace, was created under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and provides a new way to buy health insurance through a new competitive private health insurance market. It is a federal requirement that you are provided with the New Health Insurance Marketplace notice, which provides basic information about the Marketplace and employment-based health insurance coverage offered by your employer.

The Marketplace can help you evaluate your coverage options, including your eligibility for coverage through the Marketplace and its cost. Please visit www.HealthCare.gov for additional information, including an online application for the Marketplace insurance coverage or you can contact a Marketplace Customer Service Representative at 1-800-318-2596.
