Erica Hackley 
 Assistant Dean for Academic Planning
 

As Assistant Dean for Academic Planning, Erica analyzes data and enrollment trends to plan the delivery of the academic curriculum. Erica assists with the creation and modification of degree programs and serves as the ex-officio on the Arts & Sciences Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. She works closely with the Division of Undergraduate Education to advance student success initiatives. 

Erica has a BS in Business Administration from Ithaca College, and an MA in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University.

Her role in the Dean's Office includes:
•   Academic year planning
•   Supplemental instructional resource allocation
• Creation of new curriculum or modifications to existing curriculum
• Departmental data analysis
• Student success initiatives including retention, graduation, and course availability
• Liaison to Division of Undergraduate Education, Provost's Office Academic Affairs team
