• By train: take airtrain, if from JFK airport, to "Jamaica" station, transfter to Long Island Railroad (LIRR) to "Stony Brook" Station. 
• By car:  take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 62, then follow Nicolls Road (Route 97) north for 9 miles. Navagation address set to "100 Nicolls Road, Stony Brook, NY, 11790", or drop pin on your map refering to the parking map. 
• Other: 1) Ferries from Bridgeport, Connecticut to Port Jefferson, Long Island  and from New London, Connecticut to Orient Point, Long Island; 2) local airport Long Island's Islip-MacArthur Airport is 16 miles from the campus.
