You are a first-year student if you plan to enter SBU in the fall or spring after graduating from high school and have never received or completed college credit since your high school graduation or the completion of your GED.
You have completed, plan to complete or will have completed coursework at a regionally accredited college or university after graduating high school and before enrolling at SBU (excluding the summer term immediately following high school).
You are an international student who will have an F-1 student visa or another type of temporary, non-immigrant visa.
You are an admitted student if you have applied to SBU and received an official offer of admission.
