We will discuss the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and controlling our physical reality with real-world examples, including real-time solutions physically deployed in the Fortune 500.
Bio:
Dr. Adam Vaughan is a mechanical engineer and entrepreneur who earned his Ph.D. in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where his research focused
on adaptive machine-learning methods for real-time control of complex physical systems
such as engine combustion. He previously studied at The Cooper Union in New York City,
completing both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering. Vaughan is the
founder and CEO
of Dauntless.io, a deep-tech startup developing ultra-low-latency AI systems that
integrate hardware, firmware, and software to control physical dynamical systems in
real time. His work bridges advanced control theory and modern machine learning, emphasizing
sub-millisecond adaptive feedback and real-world deployment of AI in industrial and
embedded environments.
