PUMPKIN ENERGY BITES

Ingredients
Makes 12 Small Bites

1 1/4 c oats
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
A pinch of sea salt
1/4 c pumpkin
2 tbsp honey
1/4 c mini dark chocolate chips 1/4 c flaxseeds
1/2 c almond butter

Directions:

In a medium bowl, add the oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until ingredients are combined.

Add the almond butter, pumpkin, and honey. Mix until the ingredients come together.

Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Roll the mixture into balls, about 2 tablespoons per ball. Place the pumpkin energy balls into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
