This six-week program culminates in a FREE 5k walk/run. The goal is to feel comfortable completing a 5k run or walk with confidence.

SEAWOLF SHUFFLE - FREE 5K RUN/WALK (MAY)

Get moving for this spring with Human Resources, Healthier U, the President’s Office and Alumni Affairs as they host a FREE 5K Run/Walk right here on campus in May. Kick off at 9:30am sharp, rain or shine. Line-up begins at 9am in front of the SB Union.

In this restorative workshop inspired by Katherine May’s Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times, we explore the transformative power of embracing rest during life’s inevitable seasons of hardship.
