Biography
Susan Schuval’s areas of expertise are primary immunodeficiency disease, food allergy, and Eosinophilic esophagitis (an inflammatory condition of the esophagus). Her research interests include improving anaphylaxis knowledge for residents-in-training via simulation laboratory training, and studying risk factors for Eosinophilic esophagitis in young children.
