Biography

Dianna K. Padilla is a Professor in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at Stony Brook University and a joint faculty with the School of Marine and Atmospheric Science at Stony Brook University, NY.  She works on marine and freshwater invertebrates, especially molluscs, and algae. Her work includes ecology, conservation biology and restoration, functional ecology, phenotypic plasticity, invasion biology, and impacts of environmental change, including ocean acidification.
