Stony Brook Union Outdoor Spaces

UCC Patio

Located directly in front of the Stony Brook Union UNITI Cultural Center, the UCC Patio is an outdoor location well-suited to host receptions and gatherings. It has several picnic tables and plenty of space for large programming.

For safety concerns, the facility retains the right to cancel any outdoor event using electrical power due to inclement weather.

Available Resources:

• Benches, small round tables, and adirondack chairs. Comes with space
• Up to 4 6ft tables
• 8 maroon chairs
• Electrical outlets (limited)

Any needs beyond the above described must be rented. All costs associated will be charged to the event organizer.

Union Patio

Located directly in front of the doors to the Stony Brook Union, the Union Patio is an outdoor location that is a perfect location for tabling and smaller scale programs. 

For safety concerns, the facility retains the right to cancel any outdoor event using electrical power due to inclement weather.

Available Resources:

• 2 pieces of staging against the side of the building
• Up to 4 6ft tables 
• Up to 8 maroon chairs 
• Electrical outlets (limited)

Any needs beyond the above described must be rented. All costs associated will be charged to the event organizer.
