Make a Plan to Cope with the Election Results
When we find out who wins the election, many of us will have strong emotions. We will be joyful, angry, relieved, sad, hopeful, devastated...
It can be helpful to make a plan for how you will take care of yourself. Here are some ideas to think about as you get started:
1. Who can you call/FaceTime/Zoom and speak to for support and connection?
