Undergraduate Academic Calendar

Registration Deadlines: For detailed information on enrollment processes, withdrawing or taking a leave of absence, registration definitions, and/or forms, undergraduate students may visit their corresponding advising office, the Office of Registrar, or the Undergraduate Bulletin

Date                        Mon, Nov. 1	Details Advanced Registration: Tentatively to begin for Winter/ Spring 2022 according to enrollment appointments.
Date                        Fri, Jan.  14	Details Rematriculation: Last day to re-matriculate for the Spring 2022 semester. Retaking Courses: Students can begin to enroll for a second attempt of a course via SOLAR in accordance to the Retake Policy. Students retaking a course for the third or more time must petition to their corresponding advising office.
Date                        Fri, Jan. 21 12:00 PM	Details Credit Limit: Increase to 19 or 23 credits in accordance to the Course Load Policy. $20 fee automatically billed for students enrolled in more than 19 credits.
Date                        Sun, Jan. 23	Details Semester Cancellation: Last day students can cancel all classes by dropping via SOLAR.
Date                        Mon, Jan. 24	Details Semester Start: First day of classes.  Late Registration: $50 fee if not enrolled in at least one class before semester start.
Date                        Fri, Jan. 28 4:00 PM	Details Waitlist: Last day to waitlist a class. Students are responsible for any tuition liability incurred if registered from a waitlisted class. Major/Minor Changes End: Last day to submit major/minor changes effective Spring 2022 Semester.
Date                         Thu. Feb. 3 4:00 PM	Details Waitlist Process Ends: Last day to be enrolled from the waitlist process pending seat availability. Students must contact the appropriate academic department after this date.
Date                         Fri, Feb. 4 4:00 PM	Details Late Registration Ends: Last day to process enrollment changes (adds, swaps, credit changes) via SOLAR. Last day to drop or submit LOA/Term Withdrawal without a "W" (withdrawal) recorded on transcript. Full/Part time statuses will be locked in after this date. Undergraduate students enrolling in Graduate courses: Last day to petition to the Graduate School. All changes must be processed by 4:00 PM.
Date                         Fri, Mar. 4 4:00 PM	Details Drop Down: Last day to submit an approved adjustment form for selected AMS, MAT, MAP, PHY courses to the Office of Registrar. Changes must be processed by 4:00 PM
Date                         Mon, Mar. 14 - Sun, Mar. 20	Details Spring Recess: No classes in session. Classes will resume, Monday, March 21.
Date                         Mon, Mar. 28	Details Major/Minor Changes Begin: Students can begin to submit major/minor changes effective Fall 2022 Semester
Date                         Fri, Apr. 1 4:00PM	Details Course Withdrawal: Last day students can process a withdrawal from individual courses(es) via SOLAR. "W" (withdrawal) will be recorded on transcript. Changes must be processed by 4:00 PM Section/Credit Change: Last day to submit a Section/Credit Change Form to Registrar GPNC: Last day students can select Grade/Pass/No Credit (GPNC). Changes must be processed by 4:00 PM  Non-petionable

Date                        Wed, Apr. 13	Details Graduation Application for Publication: Last day for Spring /Summer 2022 degree candidates to apply for graduation  and be included in the commencement publication. Students apply via SOLAR
Date                        Fri, May. 6 4:00PM	Details LOA/Term Withdrawal: Last day to take a leave of absence or withdraw from the University. Students can process via SOLAR Graduation Application: Last day for Spring/Summer degree candidates to apply for graduation via SOLAR. Applications submitted after 4/13/22 will not appear in the commencement publication
