Katherine Kling is a doctoral candidate in the Interdepartmental Doctoral Program in Anthropological Sciences (IDPAS) in the Department of Anthropology. Her dissertation explores natural resource use among rural communities in northeastern Madagascar. Katherine is the Treasurer and co-founder of the graduate student Decolonization and Antiracism Group, where she explores practices that can support the decolonization of field research among other topics.
