The Office for Research and Innovation at Stony Brook University invites you to attend the next installment of The Wolf Den: Where Investors Meet Innovators, featuring a candid conversation with biotechnology entrepreneurs as they share their founders’ journeys from scientific discovery to building and leading biotech ventures.

This edition of The Wolf Den brings together regional and national investors, Stony Brook University researchers, startup founders, and industry leaders for an engaging discussion on entrepreneurship in the life sciences. Our panel of biotechnology entrepreneurs will reflect on the challenges, pivots, lessons learned, and opportunities that shaped their paths from the lab to the marketplace.

Attendees will gain insight into Stony Brook’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, hear curated pitches from emerging startups, and engage directly with innovators and investors through structured and informal networking opportunities.

Refreshments will be served. Registration is required.

What is the Wolf Den?

Innovation turns new ideas into value through methods, technologies, products, or services that rise above the status quo. It is both a process and a mindset, fueled by inspiration and shaped through connection. Innovation does not happen in isolation, Inspiration drives Innovation.

Like an artist inspired by the world beyond the canvas, entrepreneurs find their best ideas by exploring new perspectives and unexpected connections.

The Wolf Den was created as a space where diverse voices come together to share stories, spark inspiration, and move further, faster, together.
