Graduate Awards Reference Table
The Stony Brook University Graduate Awards is hosted annually to celebrate the accomplishments
of graduate students, faculty and staff. Nominations must be submitted via InfoReady.
The table containing all the awards offered to graduate students, faculty/staff clearly
mentioning the award amount and supporting documentation required.

Award TitleDean's Award for Excellence and Innovation in Graduate Education | Financial NeedsNo | Award$500.00 | Criteria/Supporting DocumentationLetter of nomination from a Dean, Department Chair or Graduate Program Director. A document (up to 1,500 words) that describes the pertinent graduate education innovation and explains why it is significant. The document should also provide a description of the measures of success and provide data relevant to those metrics. Letters of support (at least ONE) by a collaborating department, Center, external institution/organization, student, alumni, faculty or staff. |
