GRD 520: Introduction to Science Policy
This one-credit graduate course introduces science, technology, and innovation policy to graduate students and postdocs. It explores how science influences public regulations, connects students with science policy experts, and informs about opportunities in the field. The course spans ten weeks with two-hour weekly sessions, featuring guest speakers covering topics like communication, policy, history, advocacy, and the scientific workforce. Students will write two one-page policy memos.

Marine Conservation and Policy Program
Marine Conservation and Policy Graduate Program offers knowledge in current marine conservation and policy. Offers Master's degree and advanced graduate certificate.
C-STRIDE Advanced Graduate Certificate
C-STRIDE is an interdisciplinary graduate certificate focused on translating data-enabled research into informed decisions and policies. It requires 15 credits from courses in communicating science, statistics, environment, and energy.
