Clinical Assistant Professor

Required Qualifications

MD or DO Degree. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Family Medicine or Orthopaedics. Fellowship training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Family Medicine or Orthopaedics. Qualified for medical licensure in New York State.

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical experience in an orthopaedic practice.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Clinical Assistant Professor should be prepared to contribute to the academic and clinical missions of the department, participating in resident, medical student, and undergraduate training and education. Responsibilities include the participation in orthopaedic training, didactic teaching, research, and the clinical care of orthopaedic patients.

Special Notes

This is a non-tenure track position.  FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.  Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Anticipated Start Date:  As soon as possible.
