Paul Schwartz

Paul Schwartz has 25 years of extensive experience securing early-stage funding for technology startups and building dynamic technology teams capable of developing and commercializing new products. Serving as ThermoLift’s CEO from its 2012 founding through 2019, Paul secured critical Angel funding, soon followed by series A and series B financings, in addition to multiple grants from the US Department of Energy, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and the Wells Fargo IN2 Incubator program through the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.

Paul is on the ThermoLift Board of Directors and continues to lead the company’s commercialization, utility collaboration, and strategic partnerships. He has previously worked with early-stage tech firms including Advanced Propulsion Technologies and EcoMotors, where he helped land significant investments from Bill Gates and Vinod Khosla.
