Stony Brook Cybersecurity Club

The purpose of the Cybersecurity club is to enable students of all skill levels to work together in expanding their cybersecurity knowledge, and to increase cybersecurity awareness on campus. The club provides students the opportunity to get technical, hands-on experience, participate in events and competitions, and be able to speak with professionals in the field.

The club achieves these goals by organizing weekly meetings to discuss and gain experience with cybersecurity concepts such as digital forensics, penetration testing, cryptography, general online awareness, and much more, all in an ethical and lawful manner.
