GDSC Stony Brook University

The purpose of “Google Developer Student Clubs at Stony Brook” is to provide a collaborative environment in which technology enthusiasts can explore and create, specifically in cloud computing, mobile development, and machine learning/artificial intelligence with Google technologies. We aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice by providing dynamic and informative weekly workshops. These workshops will be complemented by hands-on building sessions, enabling students to apply the knowledge gained in our workshops. As a result, participants will be empowered to enhance their resumes with fresh proficiencies and tangible projects, significantly amplifying their career trajectories. Our workshops are geared more toward experienced developers who want to take their skills beyond, but there will be introductory content for aspiring enthusiasts as well.
