Lia Brantingham is a Program Manager at Old Dominion Strategies and oversees the execution of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service (FPS) Program & Management Support Services. During her tenure in the Marine Corps she was deployed in a variety of aviation ground support and logistics billets at both the tactical and operational level, followed by several overseas tours supporting the Department of State. Her professional advancement eventually led her into supporting defense acquisition portfolios at Special Operations Command, Marine Corps Systems Command, the Strategic Capabilities Office, and Headquarters Marine Corps. After leaving the military, Lia volunteered overseas with the PREDA Foundation – dedicated to the protection of child victims of human trafficking and the sex slave trade. Beyond her military tenure, Lia has enjoyed measured success and advancement in corporate operations, capture and proposal management, technology research and development, product management, and portfolio management. She holds a B.A. in History from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, an M.A. in Program Management from Georgetown University, Executive Certificate of Program Management and Acquisitions from The Naval Post Graduate School, as well as being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
