About Our Internships

All Career Center internship positions are open to all majors and beneficial for all students. Working at the Career Center offers a chance to develop essential professional skills, gain real-world insights, and contribute to a team focused on student success, all through hands-on experience.

Peer Career Coaching Intern

Peer Career Coaching Interns serve as the first point of contact for students visiting the Career Center. Interns will shadow Career Center professionals in order to engage in meaningful Peer-to-Peer Coaching, and guide students toward the ideal resources.

Communications Intern

Communications Interns are responsible for writing, reviewing, proofreading, and publishing content for Career Center marketing materials and web pages. Interns will also collaborate with alumni and recruiters to develop position and company spotlights.

Graphic Design Intern

Graphic Design Interns are responsible for developing digital and print content to support the promotion of Career Center services, resources, events, and fairs. This internship offers valuable experience and networking opportunities for students interested in graphic design, web design, social media management, UI/UX Design, and other related fields.

Marketing Intern

Marketing Interns are responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote Career Center services, resources, events, and fairs. Interns will promote to students through a variety of channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, high traffic areas of campus, club and organization outreach and classroom presentations.

Operations & Talent Management Intern

Operations & Talent Management Interns gain in-depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or Operations Management in corporate and non-profit settings. This experience is valuable across various industries including business, healthcare, IT, engineering and more, making it a valuable opportunity for students interested in learning about organizational dynamics.

Service and Community Leader Interns support the mission of the Center for Service Learning & Community Service by creating community outreach initiatives, producing global citizens, and improving the lives of the underserved.
