Prior to joining the energy/utility industry, Glitch was an adjunct professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology where she also coordinated the US Air Force ROTC program. Glitch holds a master's of science degree in multidisciplinary studies with concentrations in Human Resource Management, Instructional Technology, and Service Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology; and a bachelor's of science degree in business management from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
