Holiday Schedule Updates:  
-The East and West Campus Card Offices will close at 1:00pm on December 19th
-The East Campus Card Office will be closed on December 25th and January 1st.
-The West Campus Card Office will be closed to in-person traffic from December 24th through January 2nd

The Campus Card Office provides Identification Cards to all Stony Brook Students, Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates.  

The Office has three locations to serve the Stony Brook Community.  Please view our FAQ for answers to common questions.

Please Note:  Your ID card is equipped with Magnetic and Proximity functionality.  ID Cards can be de-magnetized or disabled when exposed to extreme temperatures or magnets.  We caution against keeping your ID Card in your phone case as it could be exposed to high heat during contact charging and/or the magnets embedded in your phone and phone case. 
ID Cards that have been de-magnetized or disabled will be replaced at the users expense.
