Frequently Asked Questions:
What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose.
You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill at the gym or
on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own
pace, and time it yourself.
How far do I have to run?
This is a 5K, which means you'll have to run (or walk) 3.1 miles.
How do I track my time and distance?
Track your time in whatever way works best for you! Mobile apps like
Map My Run are available to help you create your route and track your time.
When should I complete the run?
We're hosting our Virtual 5K from Monday, March 23 to Sunday, April 5, 2020. Run any
time during this time period to participate!
How do I submit my time?
Once the race period begins, we'll send you a link to submit your results.
Will there be a winner?
Winners will be selected from each traditonal award category.
Where will I see the results and know how I placed?
