- Created a sustainable telehealth private practice to provide accessible mental health treatment for all, as well as working to improve mental health equity.
- Member of the Black Nurses Association, where she serves as the Mental Health Committee Chair.
- Volunteered at COVID-19 vaccine clinics and provided Opioid Overdose Prevention Training.
- Teaches Mental Health Nursing at a University in Haiti and has accepted a full-time teaching position at LIU Post.
