• I plan to enter SBU in the fall or spring after graduating from high school.
• I have never received college credit since leaving high school, regardless of my age or whether I ever graduated. (Taking college courses during the summer term immediately following high school graduation does not make you a transfer student.)

I have completed, plan to complete, or will have completed coursework at a regionally accredited college or university after graduating high school and before enrolling at SBU (excluding the summer term immediately following high school).

I am an international student as I will have a F-1 student visa or have another type of temporary, non-immigrant visa.

I have completed an undergraduate degree and am planning to apply to a:

• Graduate (certificate, master's, or Ph.D.) program through the Graduate School
• Graduate-level health sciences program through the School of Health Professions, School of Nursing, Program in Public Health, or School of Social Welfare
• Graduate program in Teaching, Higher Education Administration, Human Resource Management, or Educational Leadership through the School of Professional Development

I have completed the necessary requirements to apply directly to the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University.

I have completed the necessary requirements to apply directly to the School of Dental Medicine.

I will not be pursuing a Stony Brook degree but would like to take courses at SBU.

I am a previous Stony Brook undergraduate or graduate student that enrolled to earn a degree. I took time off and am not currently enrolled in classes.

I am a high school student interested in Stony Brook University's pre-college / high school programs.
