J-1 Scholar Program Extension
As a J-1 scholar, you may be eligible to extend your program if you need additional time to complete your approved research, teaching, or academic activities.
You must request an extension before the end date listed on your Form DS-2019. Extensions cannot be granted after your program has ended.
