EQUIPMENT
Click the button below to select the equipment that you need for your program. All equipment reservations must be submitted at least two weeks in advance and are subject to RRC approval and equipment availability. Equipment rentals are limited to 48 hours unless otherwise set up with the RRC staff.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from an RRC staff member within three to five business days of order submission (subject to OA availability). You will need to come during the RRC Walk-In Hours to pick up the equipment. Pay attention to the locations of the items you are picking up. You may need to visit more than one location to pick up your items.
Returning Equipment
You must return the equipment clean and with all parts. Returns must be done with an RRC OA, so please plan accordingly.
The Warning System will be implemented if equipment is not returned in a timely manner OR is not properly cleaned.
- 1-2 warnings will be issued depending on the severity of the offense.
- Damage to equipment is an automatic 3-4 warnings, depending on the severity of the damage.
- After 4 warnings, the building will NO longer be allowed to rent ANY equipment for the rest of the year.
