Expand Your Horizons Through National Student Exchange
Welcome to Stony Brook University's National Student Exchange website. National Student
Exchange is similar to Study Abroad in many respects. Both programs widen your horizons
academically, personally, and socially. You get a chance to study at another campus
for a specified period of time and return to your home campus greatly enriched by
the opportunities and experiences you enjoyed somewhere else. The major difference
between the two programs is that Study Abroad takes you outside the United States
and National Student Exchange keeps you in the United States and her territories of
Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and participating universities in
Canada.
