The executive vice president for strategy and operations & chief of staff serves as the president’s principal strategic advisor and chief integrator of institutional priorities. Reporting directly to the president, she provides executive leadership across critical institutional functions ensuring strategic initiatives, enterprise risk management, executive communications, institutional reputation, and executive operations are aligned directly with presidential oversight.
