Human Rights Attorney at the New York City Commission on Human Rights

  • The first Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR) Equal Justice Works (EJW) fellow and the first EJW fellow focused on reproductive rights prior to the U.S. Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade
  • Supported midwifery impact litigation, co‑authored maternal health legislation, and contributed to CRR’s Midwifery Litigation Team on the cases now known as Kaho‘ohanohano v. State of Hawai‘i and Amani v. State of Georgia
  • Litigates New York City Human Rights Law discrimination cases involving pregnancy, childbirth, employment, housing, public accommodations and sexual or reproductive health decisions
