Howard Wang, DDS, MBA, MPH, MS’09

Dentist and Healthcare Leader
- While at Stony Brook University, Dr. Wang received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and completed his residency in periodontics from Stony Brook University while earning three Masters degrees (MBA, MPH, MS in Biomedical Science). He also served as the president and founder of the Stony Brook Chapter of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry
- Published numerous research articles in the highly esteemed Journal of Periodontology and Journal of Endodontics, among others, and received multiple awards
- Served as faculty at three NY hospitals and co-authored a chapter in "The Sinus Bone Graft, 3rd Edition" textbook
- Continues to give back to his community in his role as vice president and co-founder of Fujianese Medical Association of America, a 501(c)(3) approved non-profit organization geared on eliminating healthcare disparities for underserved populations
