- Research focused on optimizing fuel cell technology, developing new materials for hydrogen fuel cells.
- Vice President of Society of Women Engineers (SWE) New York Professional Chapter, Chair of SWE Outreach Committee, SWE Leadership Coach and recognized as one of the 15 women engineers worldwide and featured in SWE Magazine's “Women Engineers You Should Know."
- Member of the International Board of Directors for NYU Polytechnic Alumni Association and board member of the Long Island Section Leadership Team for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
