Biography:
I received my PhD in 2019 from the University of Colorado Boulder. From 2019-2024
I was a P.W. Anderson Postdoctoral Fellow at Perimeter Institute. After that, I spend
half year as a research scientist there. Currently I am an assistant professor at
Stony Brook University. I also a visiting fellow at Perimeter Institute.
Research Statement:
I am interested in emergent phenomena in many-body correlated systems. Via quantum
field theory and renormalization group, I study various exotic phases including quantum
spin liquid, non-fermi liquid as well as quantum phase transitions, with a particular
emphasis on uncovering their universal behavior in the long-distance and low-energy
limit. This involves identifying critical exponents, scaling functions, and other
universal properties of correlation functions.
