Liang Wang
Harpsichord Instructor
Liang Wang is a harpsichordist, pianist and music teacher. Music, for Liang, is a special language and an artistic form of expressing thoughts and passions. She has a strong interest and enthusiasm in harpsichord and historical performance. She hopes that the freedom and naturalness she enjoys in early keyboard music can bring emotional release and encouragement to her audience.
Liang is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the Stony Brook University. She holds a Master of Music degree and a Graduate Performance Diploma in Historical Performance from Longy School of Music of Bard College. She also holds a Master of Music degree double major in piano performance and piano pedagogy and performance from Baylor University in Texas.
