SBU Student Chapter of the American Society of Engineers Compete in ASME EFx Student Design Challenge
The ASME EFx Student Design Competition at UCF brought together teams from across
the country for a weekend of engineering design, innovation, and hands-on competition.
The ASME Stony Brook Chapter competed in the Student Design Competition where students design, construct and operate
a prototype that meets the requirements of a pre-determined problem.
After a strong showing across all events, the team earned a 4th place finish overall—an
excellent result in a highly competitive field. Great work to everyone who participated
and represented the program so well.
