Master in Arts in Hispanic Languages & Literature
The Department of Hispanic Languages and Literature’s MA program prepares students for teaching, or for other careers that require advanced analytical, writing and research skills.
The MA consists of 30 credits. We offer late afternoon MA courses both in person and online, and online courses in Summer and Winter sessions.

Application Requirments All our applicants must provide university transcrips (and copies of their diplomas, if applicable), three letters of reference, a writing sample, a statement of purpose (personal statement). For complete and detailed information on the application requirements, see The Graduate School Catalog. Our department does not require the GRE. All students who are not native or primary speakers of English must demonstrate proficiency in English to be admitted to the Graduate School. See English Language Requirements. |
