A black and white cat in a box, a white and tan cat standing next to it

Gigi, Ferbie, and Bobo Ming Huang

Gigi A beautiful and sassy tuxedo cat with striking black-and-white fur. She loves lounging in sunny spots, occasionally allowing a tummy rub on her terms, and enjoys playtime that matches her spirited personality. Ferbie, is a lovable foodie with a soft spot for treats. He’s always on the lookout for his next meal and isn’t shy about making his hunger known. Bobo, once a dorm fish, now enjoys the comfort of a serene home life. Calm and content, Bobo spends his days swimming gracefully in his tank, adding a peaceful touch to the household.

A brown tabby cat standing next to flowers

      Leo - Hilary Noren

Leo, the indoor- outdoor cat, struts around like a tiny ruler of both the house and the yard, with ninja stealth and clumsy charm. His love for napping is something to be admired- especially when he curls up in the sunshine, looking utterly content , like he achieved some grand feline victory.

      A black cat

      Ozzy - Erica Hackley

Pet of Erica Hackley, Assistant Dean for Academic Planning

      A black and white boxer

      Remy - Lauren Donovan

Remy is 5 year old double brindle boxer that still acts like a puppy. She loves stealing socks, cuddles and belly rubs. Remy enjoys going on walks, with the occasional chasing of squirrels. She can smell peanut butter from 100 feet away and will wait by your side with bubbling jowls for this delicious treat. As a common boxer trait, Remy will excitedly greet you with the “boxer kidney bean dance” every single time you walk into the house. She is a lovable companion in our home.

      Summer, Riley, Blu Tracey Braile

Pets of Tracey Braile, Sr Staff Assist

      Two cats

      Oscar - Rachel Rodriguez

Oscar is a 13-year-old lovable tabby who is part Madison, part The Grouch, and, according to his mom, an Academy Award-winning feline. He loves pickles and sitting in the sun, like his humans, as well as plastic (!!), boxes, and nice, comfy blankets.

      A brow dog

      Rocky - AnnaMaria Gounaris

Meet Rocky, our remarkable Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. With the strength of a lion and the speed of a gazelle, Rocky has been a steadfast member of our family since his puppy days. His keen intelligence and unwavering loyalty make him an exceptional companion. Though he occasionally embarks on solo adventures, he always returns home, guided by his love for us. Rocky isn’t just a pet; he’s a guardian, a confidant, and a cherished friend.

A small black dog wearing a red handkerchief

      Muffin - Soraya Zabihi

Muffin is a 10- year old shih-tzu that loves to spend her time cuddling on the couch with her family!

      A black cat

      Bella - Lois Carter

Bella is a sweet but shy girl. She loves to cuddle and get back scratches and pets behind the ears by her human servant. Her favorite activities are watching birds and squirrels from the bedroom window, waking her human servant in the middle of the night and destroying cardboard scratchers. She also excels as a cat treats connoisseur.

      A cat and a parakeet

Summer and Patches Paula Di Pasquale-Alvarez

We adopted Summer in March, 2009. He was surrendered by two families before he became part of our clutch. Summer is feisty and likes interaction but only on his own terms. Basically, as long as you don't touch him, he's a happy camper. He loves to sing and can say a few words. We think he's quite comical. Patches was a feral kitty that fancied our yard and eventually adopted the family. It took some time, but she now loves pets and scratches, and most of all, she loves to remind us when it's feeding time. If you call out her name, Patches comes running. She is very loving and has a great personality.

A brown dog with a soccer ball

      Nala - Danielle Belmonte

Nala is a 12 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback who loves to eat, sleep and sit outside in the sun. She's a loyal family member who protects her sisters.

A white fluffy dog wearing goggles

      Ozzy - Paul Kelton

Ozzy, our Samoyid, getting ready to go for a swim.

Golden retrievers sitting on a couch

Luna and King - David Wrobel

Pets of David Wrobel, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and Professor of American History.
